1. Google Docs are easy to use online documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, and forms that can be accessed from anywhere. You can save them and then access them from any computer. A nice tool that comes with making a Google Docs form is that you can use the GMail Messenger so you can chat with other people editing the same Google Doc as you! One of the best features of Google Docs is that you can share them with people and you can actually see what the person you are sharing the document with is writing and they can see what you are writing too. The reason that so many people use Google Docs is because there is no software to download and they are very easy to use!

2. "Apart from work, I'm here to tell you about Google Docs in my personal life. It all started when I moved to New York from California a few months ago. I missed my friends, and I was thinking about ways (short of hopping on a plane) to connect with them. Like me, my friends Geraldine and Latas are huge music nerds (seriously, the cost of shipping our records is the biggest expense in any move). Then there's Justine, whom I met in a Berkeley film class; she always has great movie recommendations. And Cristin, a native New Yorker, has an educated opinion on nearly every restaurant in town.
What do my friends' tastes have to do with Google Docs? Well, since I missed my friends, I decided to set up a spreadsheet. I called it "The Check Out Zone" (As in, things we recommend the others check out) and shared it between us, with everyone having full edit access. Separate sheets were set up for movies, music, books and restaurants, and we all began entering our recommendations and comments for each. Pretty soon, looking for new updates was a daily activity for each of us.Recently, I found myself on a crowded bookstore on Broadway, trying to find a gift for a friend's birthday. Instead of succumbing to the overwhelming selection, and walking away with another biography of a founding father, I pulled out my BlackBerry, accessed Google Docs, and checked the list. Cristin had recommended stories by Chekhov. Justine had entered Lucky Jim by Kingsley Amis, and Geraldine, true to form, suggested a Sam Cooke biography.
I left with the Amis and Chekhov for me and the Sam Cooke bio for my friend. Not only did I get in and out in record time, but, best of all, I felt close to my friends, even though we're miles apart."
The quote above is how Google Docs can be use in social/personal reasons.

I think that is a great example of how people can use Google Docs in a social/personal use. Those people go home and that is what they do in their spare time and that is a great way to stay connected with your friends even after they are separated.

3. Google Docs can be used in business by just keeping spreadsheets of their spendings or how their money is distributed within the business. The spreadsheet tool is great for stay organized in a table like form. A lot of businesses rely on this kind of stuff because that is their job.

That video shows perfect examples about how Google Docs can be used in education. It not only can be used in education but it can be used around the clock so that makes learning happen at any time of the day and not just at school. Google Docs is one of the best thing for saving things too because you don't even have to click it automatically saves every 15 seconds. Any and every student and teacher should use Google Docs in education.
